Allows clients to be heard, understood and involved during the design process. The clients feel a sense of ownership and control with their project.

Communication

Allows clients to be kept in the loop which minimizes surprises and upset. I also provide tools for everyone involved in the project (the client, contractor, and trades) so miscommunication is minimized and expensive mistakes don’t happen!

CLIENT-CARE

Client-Care: allows for me to become the client’s advocate. It is Gioia’s responsibility to be the client’s voice on and off site as well as to ensure each project finishes with the highest quality workmanship to the client’s content.
